We had a quick a look at the Terms of Service classification of GitHub on http://tos-dr.info/ (as found by TorstenFriebe).
GitHub is ranked as class B, which is the second best grade (out of four grades in total).
- Most annoying seems to be the fact that "Changes can happen any time, even without notice"
The TMC members agreed that the benefits of using GitHub outweigh the downsides.
All TMC members shall read the full GitHub Terms of Service until the next meeting in order to see if there's anything else lurking in a dark corner.
