1. standard edition
There are some running examples of iGeoPortal standard edition. First of all, there is http://demo.deegree.org/igeoportal-std, then there are some portals, like the city of Wuppertal or a regional portal for Ostwürttemberg.

1.3. known bugs
panning and zooming in elder iGeoPortal std. ed. version < 2.2 stable might not work as expected with firefox 3.x. This is due to changes in Java Script processing with Firefox. To fix this, please update the file $igeoportal_home/imapview.html with one from deegree iGeoPortal std. ed. stable version 2.2. Please compare with any changes you did to this file beforehand.
