2. Decisions and Actions

- Minutes of last meeting - Open issues:
- Review the "old" deegree 2 release management guidelines (action to TMC, by Jens) [edit: done]
- Review Process Documentation Wiki Pages (action to Herman, until December 1st)
- Inform new TMC members about their nominations (action to Jens) [edit: done]
- Make sure that Reijer Copier has full access rights to the deegree code repository (action to Jens) [edit: in progress]
- Tracker tasks review: Look through all the issues, close them as appropriate and discuss all remaining technical stuff with TMC and come back with all remaining strategic stuff to PSC (action to Jens) [edit: done]
- Current situation wrt deegree releases: Discussion about current situation with roadmap and releases. Agreement that there are 1.) technical, 2.) financial/sponsoring 3.) strategic aspects in it. Decisions:
- Ask TMC for a proposal including a feature list and dead-line for the 3.2 release [edit: done]
- Prepare a paper describing the process of managing the roadmap and the release dates and contents (action to Jens)
- Discuss this input in a common activity of TMC and PSC (AKA deegree summit, see below) [edit: postponed to next meeting]
- Public relation activities / Outreach plan
OSGeo annual report 2010: No progress yet. Looks the same for other projects and chapters. Ask about deadline (action to Jens) and initialize an OSGeo wiki page if input is still needed.
- deegree day 2012: Shall be biannual, starting in 2012, preferably in May, using INSPIRE as head line. Needs more supporters for preparation and execution (action to all PSC members to find them). Date for 2012 to be fixed until end of November (action to Herman and Jens), Announcement to be posted in Week 49 latest (action to all PSC members).
