There was only progress on those two actions:
- Initiate a voting on the final version of the Mission Statement (Herman)
- Clarify Linuxhotel option for Community Space, combined with FOSSGIS hacking event (Jens) - No success here, as Linuxhotel was fully booked this day.
3. deegree Community Space
- Potential new meeting option: February 11 or 13 in 2014 at Bonn University
- If we have a good coverage of committee member participation then we'll go ahead and:
- Setup an agenda (see below)
- Make an announcement on deegree-users
- Send personal invitations to individual community members (all)
- Potential agenda items:
- Documentation and outreach material status
- Structures and procedures review
- New features discussion
