2.1. Documentation prototype
As decided in the followup Skype conference to the deegree summit, the documentation prototype for deegree webservices has been checked into deegree SVN. More info here. In order to be able to build it on the deegree build server, Sphinx needs to be installed on that machine.

3. Change Request: Change URL pattern of servlet mapping from 'services' to 'deegree'

4. Prepare a suggestion for maintained components/modules

A first version of the list has been created. It was decided that
- We will first focus on Maven modules (not deegree "components")
- Name, description, status need to be added. Description should be added to the Maven POM
- Split the table into 3 with OK=green, rework=yellow, red=unmaintained

5. Committer guidelines confirmation

The TMC didn't feel to be able to cope with this alone. TorstenFriebe kindly offered to assist in defining a suggestion for a workflow.

7. Validate successful deployment of services on demo server

Some technical aspects of implementing this have been discussed and it was basically agreed that some kind of mechanism is required that sends some OGC requests to the demo installations and checks for responses. The discussion touched some related aspects like automating the tasks for setting up the demo instances, but this discussion was postponed.

8. deegree3 - tracker: guest login does not allow notifications

It was decided that this is a task that involves server administration and that it needs to be performed by the server administrator.
