2.4. Prepare a suggestion for maintained components/modules

- Wiki page is now generated via a Maven goal from the information that has been added to the POMs.
- Not a fully satisfying solution, as this requires some manual work to effectively update the list in the page. Also, versioning is missing.
- It has been decided to use the Maven site for collecting the module status in the future.
- The plugin needs to be adapted to integrate with the Maven site plugin.
- In a first step, it needs to be ensured that site generation works for deegree 3.2.

- In the context of this discussion, it was agreed that every bug report / patch on the mailing list must be accompanied by a bug report in the deegree tracker.
