1. Help on WPS performance comparison
There's been an inquiry from Ebrahim Poorazizi who is going to compare the performance of different WPS servers on both local and cloud environments using different scenarios. He asks for assistance with regard to optimizing the deegree WPS configuration for best performance.
The TMC decided to ask Ebrahim to re-send his inquiry to the mailing list.

4. Using Skype
The TMC members decided that Skype will be used for TMC meetings in the future to speed up and ease communication. However, voting will still take place in IRC.
There's still some discussion needed how to make it possible for non-TMC members to join the Skype call.
