1. CRS
A configuration bug in the CRS Package was found. The prime meridians are wrong and some EPSG codes are missing. This will be corrected in the future. RutgerBezema adjusted the XML-Provider to use StAX because of a better performance.
2. WMS
AndreasSchmitz improved the parser to provide more helpful error messages.
3. WFS
MarkusSchneider changed the dispatching of XML requests from the OGCFrontController and OGCSubController to use XMLStreamReader instead of XMLAdapter.
4. CSW
SteffenThomas reported some bugfixes. Testing of the CSW has started.
