(838) Release management guidelines: Translation has been provided by IDgis (Arie Kraak). Andreas to transfer the document to the wiki. Any company-specific references to be removed.
(1126) new ECW libraries for deegree: Efficient support for large raster data sets can be achieved by integrating ECW or JPEG2000 support into deegree (or both). For ECW there is a license issue. For JPEG2000 a budget issue (implementation is expected to be expensive). For now this situation shall be documented in the wiki. Herman is willing to do this. The wiki page shall also include the description of a GDAL-based workaround.
(1253) Finalize process documentation: Postponed to next meeting. Action Herman.
(1470) URL pattern change request: The proposal is confirmed with the proposal of an amendment to move to "deegree-services", but "deegree-ows" is also acceptable.

(1297) OSGeo incubation follow-up: Draft 2009 annual report has been put on the wiki by Jens.
(1474) FOSS4G WMS shootout participation: Jens to prepare the draft of an open letter to OSGeo explaining why deegree will not participate. Klaus to initiate a university project or study on this topic.
(1494) Release for deegree day: Current roadmap includes WMS WFS CSW WPS WCS SOS WPVS. Decision: Ask TMC to remove WCS and WPVS. Ask if Oracle support could be added to CSW.

--- 2010-07-02 ---

(1474) FOSS4G WMS shootout participation: PSC agrees to the open letter draft. Jens to send it to OSGeo.
(1495) What is "stable" in a release: deegree day release shall be configuration-stable. No need to be API-stable.
(1526) Tagged deegree 3 builds / Pre-releases: PSC fully agrees to TMC's proposal.

- Jens to ask TMC about status of TMC tracker issue 1305
- Jens to ask TMC about regular TMC status reports, referring to the roadmap
- Herman to add deegree to a Wikipedia GIS page
